Abbey Kang is a vice president in FP1’s public affairs division where she specializes in grassroots mobilization and strategic communication. In her role, she works with clients to manage local and national field campaigns on a variety of issues.
Upon joining FP1 in early 2013, Abbey managed FP1’s research division, providing supporting material, policy analysis and vetting for the firm’s public affairs, political and new business efforts. Abbey also worked at the Republican National Committee (RNC), where she conducted both offensive and defensive research in conjunction with the 2012 presidential election.
Abbey is a native Michigander, but attended Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, Texas, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in political science and graduated magna cum laude.
