Hunter Bedford is FP1 Strategies’ Director of Political Operations – a key part of FP1’s advertising process for political campaigns and public affairs clients, as well as FP1’s new business initiatives.
In the advertising process, Bedford functions as “air traffic control” for media buys, oversees post-production and is responsible for the distribution of finalized ads to clients, vendors and television stations. Over 1,000 ads have been produced and distributed during his time at FP1. He also has a hand in aspects of production ranging from script concept development to film shoot planning.
Bedford started his political career as an FP1 intern through Marquette University’s Les Aspin Center for Government and then worked for the Republican Party of Wisconsin during Governor Scott Walker’s successful 2014 reelection campaign.
A proud Hoosier and an honorary Wisconsinite, Bedford graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Theology. He currently lives in Washington, DC.
